Managing Director

Vince is a lawyer and holds degrees in Law and Psychology and has more than 24 years experience working within and managing investigations. This depth of experience has laid the foundation for exceptional knowledge of fraud and how investigations need to respond.

Vince has conducted investigations across Australia involving complex workplace disputes and corrupt conduct he has designed and reported on service reviews and conducted risk assessments for corporations and government. Vince carries respect as a leader in the fight against fraud both nationally and internationally.

JANET COSTA

Corporate & Workplace Services Manager

Janet Costa is an integral part of our executive team providing high-level administrative support in various aspects of the organisation’s operations. As Corporate Services Manager, Janet has the responsibility to oversee operations/systems and ensure they run seamlessly and efficiently. As a natural organiser with a can-do attitude, Janet’s expertise in team building, leadership and problem solving make her a core member of our organisation.

Janet plays a key role in our organisation’s strategic planning process, and provides operational support and advice to senior management on a range of critical matters such as resource management, workplace health and safety, wellbeing, financial planning and procurement.

Janet has been with LKA for over 30 years and has partnered with all areas of the business. Everyone at LKA Group benefits from her incredible breadth of knowledge, warm relationships with staff and clients, and her excellent problem-solving skills. Janet is also a champion of work life balance, and enjoys exploring Victoria’s surf coast, spending time with family and friends and travelling overseas.

KATHERINE ROBERTSON

National Mediation Manager

Katheirne has over 15 years experience in workplace mediation and restorative justice practices. A nationally accredited mediator, Katheirne manages our portfolio of workplace mediation and post investigative restorative conferences in private and public sector agencies across Australia.

Utilising her experience in Senior management roles and organisational change and development in the non-for-profit sector, Katherine provides organisations with strategic cultural development and workplace culture assessments.

Katherine is a dedicated and highly ethical practitioner, devoted to achieving the best outcomes for her clients using effective communication, best practice, and a focus on team cohesion. Katherine has a proven ability to interpret, apply and develop policies, codes, guidelines and procedures. She is skilled in building rapport with parties from diverse socio-economic and cultural groups, as well as varying levels of seniority within an organisation. Katherine is committed to conducting all matters promptly, professionally, and effectively, providing an outstanding level of service.

EDEN ELLIOTT

Training & Development Manager

Eden Elliott comes from a creative and projects background, working and studying a range of fields including live events and production before joining the LKA and Wise firms in 2015. She spent the following six years building intensive experience managing a portfolio of factual investigations; location & social media inquiries; and conduct, child safety and other workplace investigations. She also handled loss adjusting and claims management across property claims, liability, plumbers warranty and local government. After a brief spell in a human resources role, Eden returned to the Group as the Training and Development Manager, now overseeing the accredited training of our Registered Training Organisation, short courses, internal learning and development, and organisational development.
