eWISE - April 2015

Welcome to another edition of eWise.

In the upcoming months WISE will be presenting at a couple of notable conferences:  Andrew Hedges and myself will be delivering papers on workplace bullying at the National No.2 Bullying Conference on the Gold Coast in June (see What’s On section).   Andrew will be presenting on the results of  a Pilot Study into the group processes that contribute to the escalation and de-escalation of workplace bullying which forms part of his PhD thesis.  Harriet will be addressing the latest updates on the interpretation of Reasonable Management Action.

Harriet will also be presenting a paper at the International Investigative Interviewing Conference in Geelong 24-26 June.

We would also like to welcome new investigators to our expanding Victorian team; Alexandra Boudrie, Kirsten Myers and Kym Beeston. We are also excited to welcome Andrew Patterson the former Ombudsman for Warringah Council  to our team in Sydney and John Neil to the new team in the ACT.

Hope you enjoy our selected blogs from this past month, feel free to forward to friends and colleagues!

Places are still available for our Advanced Investigations courses in ACT and Sydney in May ( see our What's On section).

Don't forget you can download a free extract of our award-winning book on the theory of PEACE interviewing from our home page for a limited time. Download Here
