eWise - December 2018

In many respects 2018 has been a tumultuous year, with shifts taking place in the cultural, political, environmental and workplace spheres.

As the year draws to a close we would like to thank our clients for their continued support, and send best wishes to everyone for a happy holiday season.

We look forward to working with you in 2019!

Need to know

In 2019, we aim to provide insights into shifts that have taken place in the workplace landscape and our views on the relationship between bullying and the workplace culture during 2018.

Look out for an article early in the New Year that includes comments and observations from our highly experienced investigators, regarding their experiences in 2018, in conducting investigations around bullying, misconduct and sexual harassment.

The other key concept in focus during 2019 will be the broad changes to the Whistleblower legislation. Make sure that your organisation is prepared by downloading our free whitepaper; "Whistleblower Legislation Changes: Is Your Organisation Prepared".

As always, our training is proving popular, and we have already had bookings for 2019, training dates are below, or can be found here

If you are interested in reading our blogs regularly they are released weekly on our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn social media pages - simply search for WISE Workplace on your chosen social media platform.

We will be taking a break from social media and blogs for a few weeks over Christmas, but are looking forward to coming back in mid-January with some insights, and updates to help your organisation with effective HR management.

In 2018, we partnered with a new Registered Training Organisation - KPS, to assist WISE in continuing to deliver the Certificate IV and Diploma of Government Investigations.

Currently KPS are delivering the Certificate IV as a face-to-face and post course work combination, with a focus on regulatory investigations.

This course is being offered separate to WISE's courses and qualifications.

The training will be available in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in early 2019.

Please contact KPS on 1300 001 557 or info@kpstraining.edu.au if you are interested and would like additional information.
