At WISE we offer restorative conferencing as a process to support employees that have been involved in an investigation process. Often employees that have responded to allegations are reintegrated back into the workplace with no preparation or planning which can leave both the complainants and respondents feeling uneasy about their relationship moving forward.
Our experienced convenors work with employees in a supportive and safe environment to assess appropriateness for a restorative process. Once assessed as suitable we meet with the affected employees and explore what has happened, who has been affected and what can be done to repair relationships moving forward.
At WISE our expert coaches provide mentoring and coaching to employees and HR advisors. We adopt a strength based and solution focussed framework to effectively support growth.
Our coaches utilise the latest in neuroscience leadership and emotional intelligence applications to support employees to overcome barriers in their communication, develop adaptive leadership skills and work through their personal triggers and emotional responses that may be holding them back.
Our coaches can work with employees one on one or in groups and we provide clients with progress reports and recommendations.
