Tracey is an experienced and qualified lawyer, and state manager for WISE Workplace.

Tracey has excellent management skills and has a broad experience in complex investigations, most recently she has worked on matters concerning workplace misconduct, bullying and harassment, sexual harassment and misuse of employer resources.

Senior Investigator

Stewart Rainnie joined WISE Workplace in 2007. He has worked on a variety of cases in both the NSW and Commonwealth jurisdictions. Stewart has conducted lengthy and complex management inquiries, sexual harassment cases and grievances.

Prior to joining WISE Workplace Stewart had a  career of over 20 years as a detective with the NSW Police attaining the rank of Inspector. During this time he specialised in investigations and the management of internal investigations, in particular the development of policy and procedures for internal disciplinary models.

 Stewart has been awarded the Australian National Medal – First Clasp and the NSW Police Medal. He holds a Degree in Criminal Justice and Post Graduate qualifications in Management.

Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and experience in government codes of conduct, workplace investigations, investigations management and training.  He is the employer’s trainer of choice in matters concerning codes of conduct and investigations.

Andrew had an extensive career in workplace investigations, change management and law enforcement spanning nearly 30 years.  Over the course of his career he has managed highly trained and professional multi-disciplinary teams including staff, contractors and consultants.

Andrew is skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including oversight agencies and providing strategic advice to executive management.

Corey joined WISE Workplace in 2016, since then he has conducted a wide variety of investigations including, misconduct, sexual harassment, and bullying, for a range of clients.

Prior to joining WISE Workplace Corey has had over 14 years experience working as an Investigator.

Corey has successfully completed studies for a Bachelor of Social Science in Peace and Conflict and his Masters of International Securities Studies.

Belinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in public sector workplace misconduct matters, industrial relations and employment law.  She also has post-graduate qualifications in mediation and dispute resolution, which have enhanced her expertise in developing achievable and appropriate strategies for resolution of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

Belinda’s career has spanned both legal and investigative practices where she has developed keen analytical, forensic and communication skills.  Most recently, she has investigated matters concerning allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, inappropriate use of email and internet systems and fraud.

Meryl joined WISE Workplace in 2018. Meryl is an admitted solicitor who has worked as a factual investigator and case manager, conducting and managing investigations into insurance claims and litigated matters for a number of organisations.

Most recently Meryl has investigated matters concerning allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment, and sexual harassment. She has a proven track record in planning and conducting complex investigations.

David joined WISE Workplace in 2016 after being apart of LKA Group since 2005. David is a highly experienced investigator having worked as a licensed private investigator for over 11 years.

David has broad experience in Federal Government Law enforcement, which involved 17 years of service with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service.

Most recently David has investigated matters concerning allegations of fraud, discrimination, bullying and harassment, and industrial relations.
