WISE Workplace is committed to ensuring that any information provided to us by our customers remains confidential. To achieve this we have established our Privacy Policy consistent with the requirements under the Privacy Act 1988.

Any information that you provide is protected by our secure server. We will not distribute, sell, trade or disclose your details to any third party, other than to provide services that you have requested or in the event that we are required to provide this information by law.

By providing us with your email address you will, however, receive the occasional email about special events and new ventures; you will recognise these as they will always be from an @wiseworkplace.com.au account.

Should the policy change we will provide notification to our customers by updating this section of our website.

WISE WORKPLACE TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

Please note, unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of GST.
WISE reserves the right to change the program date at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure the date is suitable to all participants already registered and to notify attendees of the date change.
Privacy policy:
WISE Workplace is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. WISE collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing services, education and training programs, and improving and promoting products and services.
Cancellation policy Special events and Short Courses:
Registration and payment must be received in full 4 weeks prior to the event running. No refunds or course transfers will be given once the program has been confirmed as going ahead (normally 2 weeks before). Cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions are permitted. Workshops or special events may be cancelled due to low numbers. In this instance, full refunds or credit transfers will be applied.
Deferral policy Education:
Students wishing to defer their enrolment in National Recognised Qualifications offered by WISE Workplace should make a request in writing and fees proportionate to the amount of study undertaken will be negotiated with WISE.
Fees will be retained and a deferral fee will be incurred.
Withdrawal policy Education:
Students wishing to discontinue their enrolment in National Recognised Qualifications are advised to discuss the issue with a WISE staff member. All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing.
Should a student wish to resume their studies after withdrawing from a Nationally Recognised Program they must reapply and repay for admission to the program.
A previously deferred student is not eligible for any refund.
Records of attendance are maintained on file by WISE Workplace for auditing purposes.
If a student has not completed any work for a period of one year, and/or has not responded to correspondence from WISE Workplace, WISE has the right to cancel the enrolment without refund.
